Your Eminence (Excellence), we ask You to pronounce on the beatification of John Paul II.
John Paul II by his gesture in Assisi set the present-day Church before a historic decision: she will either canonize his gesture and thereby receive also a different spirit and a different gospel or she will stand up against and renew the foundations of Catholic and apostolic faith.
If you do not agree with these objective attitudes, then hastily, best until the feast of saints Peter and Paul the Apostles (29th June 2007), write a letter to His Holiness Benedict XVI. In this letter You will express that You consider the gesture of John Paul II dogmatically correct in spite of the fact that You were acquainted with this issue from the doctrinal aspect.
On the other hand Your passivity will be an expression that You do not agree with the gesture of Assisi and therefore with the beatification either.
