Before God and before the Church, in the name of the Triune God, we appeal to each individual bishop to publicly confess the faith and to send his confession to Pope Benedict XVI by 14th September at the latest. Unless he does so, he thus makes it manifest before the whole Church that he remains in heresies and that he denied our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Thereby he draws down a curse both upon himself and upon the entire territory entrusted to him. Every bishop will render an account of this appeal before the judgement seat of God. No one of the bishops is dispensed from this appeal!
