Your Excellence,

by the letter from 19th October 2006 we turned to all Slovak bishops with an appeal not to grant the title of doctor of theology to the psychiatrist M. Kašpar? for his propagation of hypnosis which has a common root with spiritism. The aim of the thesis by M. Kašpar? is the legalization of hypnosis towards its legal entrance into Christian-oriented pastoral work.

On the basis of CIC we demand:

1)  Withdrawal of the heresies in Your book on moral theology whereby it is stated that the Church approves of white magic. The opposite is true; viz. CCC 2116-2117!

2)  Withdrawal of the imprimatur given to the heretic theological book “He Opened the Scriptures to Us”.

3)  Withdrawal of Your heretical public attitude with regard to hypnosis, homoeopathy and acupuncture.

We propose:

1)   Withdrawing You from Your office for the reason of an offence of faith caused in relation to the faithful.

2)   Unless You are willing to withdraw the heresies – the punishment of suspension.

P.S.: Concerning homoeopathy and acupuncture, this year You have approved of them both in the Lumen Radio, which is a great offence to the faithful of whole Slovakia.

The chief propagator of occult practices and so-called alternative medicine MUDr. Rosinský beats down common believers by referring to You and Your approval of homoeopathy, acupuncture as well as hypnosis.
