To all bishops and cardinals of the Catholic Church - The Holy Father is aware  what is necessary but he does not have the strength to fight. That is why he needs support of individual bishops, and therefore every bishop and cardinal fully bears responsibility for the Church and her future together with the Holy Father.
 He will either support him or will stand up against. The Vatican dicasteries will either be purified, or they will bring the decay of the Church to an end through the criminal abuse of authority and abuse of obedience! There is no other alternative. Any postponement nowadays signifies a slow bleed to death.
