Love for the Church and pain over the state in which the Church has nowadays found herself force fathers from Pidhirtsi to turn to Your Holiness and at the same time to all cardinals of the Catholic Church. In this letter they are bringing forward for Your consideration:
1) Analysis of the state of the Church. 2)Project of a reform of the Apostolic See.
Abolishing the Vatican dicasteries and depriving the State Secretariate of its spiritual power! What would remain would be just the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith which would act as an auxiliary body of the Holy Father in fulfilling his charisma.
