Your Holiness, thereby we take legal action against the Congregation for the Oriental Churches (further COCh) which in the present does not serve the salvation of souls and the good of the Eastern Catholic Church (mainly the Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church), and which in the name of the Holy Father and in his authority is doing what is not in accordance with his will and his programme and with the teaching of the Church.
WE PROPOSE THE ABOLISHMENT OF COCH!
Reason: If the activity of COCh is in direct contradiction with the teaching of the Gospel and with the Spirit of Christ, if it is the working-field of a different spirit than the Spirit of Christ and if its aim is the contrary of bloom and protection of the Church, then there is no reason for it to exist!
