Your Holiness, Card. L. Husar has unlawfully usurped Your power and illegitimately excommunicated us, four bishops, whereby he has stood against Your authority.
We as successors to the apostles have warned of the reasons for which Card. L. Husar should be excommunicated:
1) as a heretic – for trespasses against the substance of the faith (can. 1436 CCEO).
2) as a schismatic – for disobedience to You (can. 1437 CCEO).
Your Holiness, please, You Yourself solve the problem of major excommunications for the good of the Church.
