A way out in the seeking of unity with the Orthodox Church cannot be a break-off with Rome and uniting with the Orthodox Church but a true and biblical repentance and a return to the primary common foundations of our Catholic faith.
Beside repentance and conversion the seeking of unity also needs external forms. Far more natural than the proposals by Cardinal Huzar is respecting the autonomy already existent. There is nothing that could prevent the leaders of the Orthodox Churches from recognizing the primacy of the Pope and that could prevent the Pope from recognizing them.
