What is presented here is a whole series of lies. The truth is intentionally distorted. To all this You are abusing Your authority of a bishop.

a)    You were not and could not be a witness of protests as if organized by us in front of the Apostolic Nunciature, this false information was obviously given to You by L. Hu?ko.

b)   Basilian fathers did not participate in any demonstrations, nor did they organize them.

c)    As to the very “demonstrations”: Ukrainian people were gathering in front of the Nunciature to a silent prayer and passed to the Apostolic Nuncio a request with signatures asking for the establishment of the UGCC (Ukrainian Greek-Catholic Church) in CR (there are approximately 200.000 Ukrainians in CR).

d)   There were no massmedia, neither godly nor godless, present there.

e)    Our only influence on Ukrainians was that we admitted their right to the establishment of the UGCC in CR according to the CCEO Codex, just like the Ukrainians in other countries have it.
