This year it will be 100 years since the publication of the encyclical “Pascendi” which at that time started a recovery process in the Catholic Church.
Today the situation in the Church is similar in many aspects, and it is even much more serious than 100 years ago.
Your Eminence, Your Excellence, by this reason we ask You not to be afraid and to encourage the Holy Father Benedict XVI to make a similar reform as was made by St. Pius X.
