Your Excellence, on internet we got acquainted with the “lineaments” concerning the 12th General Synod of Bishops whose main topic shall be: “God’s Word in the life and mission of the Church”.
The 15th and 16th points of the lineaments de facto state that without HCT it is impossible to correctly interpret the Holy Scripture. This statement we consider a substantial heresy in contemporary theology, which undermines the existence of whole Christianity!
In the 31st point of the lineaments it is stated that pagan religions have sacred books and that these contain grains of Word.
The Church must clearly define what concretely these grains are and what they are not, supposing that she is going to use the above-mentioned terminology.
Might it be right to call pagan writings “sacred books” if they deny that Jesus Christ is true God and the only Saviour and if they moreover contain magic, divination, spiritism, satanism, impurity and other immoralities?
