God has now allowed a trial for whole UGCC as well as for whole Ukraine in the form of a seeming triviality, which is a spiritual encounter of two spiritual centres – on the one hand the centre of living Christianity, which is represented by the contemplative sisters, and on the other hand the spiritual centre of occultism connected with a curse on the nation, this one represented by the occultist Mr. Dashchenko. What actually is the sisters’ aim? The sisters as a contemplative religious community represent pure spirituality – the pure teaching of the Gospel which they genuinely try to actualize by the following of Christ. This is why they have forsaken the world – that they might devote themselves to interior prayer and spiritual fight for their sake and for the sake of the Church and the nation. The occultists know very well who in Ukraine is their greatest adversary. It is just one from among the religious communities – the contemplative sisters of the Monastery of St. Elias the Prophet in Bryukhovychi. It is not an accident that a prominent representative of occultism has bought up a wood next to them which offered the contemplative monastery the necessary conditions for existence, and now he is building here an occult centre in the shape of a pagan sanctuary.
