The devil is the father of lie. The lie is a means through which he diverts us from both human and the divine truth and leads us to perdition. The lie is not only in the world, but it is in us, too, who regard ourselves as believing Christians – not even conversion is sufficient to deliver us from it. The only way out is to lose our soul for Christ’s sake!
