For about two hours Bishop M. Koltun tried in some way to penetrate into the church among the believers and to read out the so-called pastoral letter.
This letter is practically a public manifestation of a rebellion against the Holy Father. By this gesture Cardinal L. Husar as well as Bishop M. Koltun have already rejected the jurisdiction of the Holy Father! Thereby they de facto created a temporary personal diocese with the centre in Pidhirtsi, subordinated immediately to the Holy Father.
