We are able to prove in a simple way that we have not committed any trespass either against God or against the Church or against the Ukrainian law or against the Ukrainian state. Our so-called crime consists in the fact that we have publicly convicted Card. L. Husar of a heretical teaching contradictory to the fundamental truths of the faith. Instead of repenting or turning to his superior in Rome – i.e. to the Holy Father who in this situation is the only person competent to solve
this internally ecclesiastical controversy concerning the most essential truths of the faith – Card. L. Husar turned to You and to the organs of state power and demanded our deportation! He thus violated the freedom of religion and conscience and abused his authority.
