I announce to You that as from 3rd May 2011, I leave the parish in Galanta (Slovakia). I do so because I want to keep undefiled the deposit of Catholic and Apostolic faith which the Church has preserved unchanged for 2000 years. Hereby I show obedience to Christ, to His holy teaching and apostolic tradition. I also ask You to discharge me from employment in the Archdiocese of Trnava.
Declaration of an excommunication upon Pope Benedict XVI and John Paul II

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ obliges before God all Catholics in conscience and promulgates: 1) Beatification of the deceased Pope John Paul II is invalid. 2) The deceased Pope John Paul II (Gal 1:8-9) excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ. The reason was his apostatical gesture in Assisi by which he opened the Church to the spirit of antichrist. 3) By beatification of the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – Pope Benedict XVI likewise excommunicated himself from the Church of Christ.
The spirit of Assisi and invalid Liturgy

If a priest sins gravely regarding morals, the Holy Spirit does work through his priesthood but this priest does not benefit by it. It is true about him that he “eats and drinks judgment on himself”. This is the cause of various illnesses (see 1Cor 11:29-30). However, if a priest is in unity with the spirit of Assisi and refuses to publicly dissociate himself from it, he becomes an apostate. And the Holy Spirit cannot work through an apostate. The Liturgy officiated by an apostate is always invalid. It is a mere performance and a mockery of Christ and of the Church. It is not a source of a blessing for the believers but of a curse.

On 30 March 2011 we wrote a letter to You, in which we warned You against participation in beatification of the apostate Pope John Paul II as well as against participation in the so-called peace prayers in Assisi. Attendance at these events is a public gesture of unity with the spirit of Assisi, that means, with the spirit of antichrist.

Your Beatitude! We hereby announce to You that by reason of a deep crisis in the Catholic Church and for the sake of defence of the saving faith the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate (BCP) was established. This Patriarchate is headed by Patriarch Elijah (65). Together with You we condemn all ancient as well as modern heresies, particularly those connected with the current historical-critical method. We also condemn the spirit of Assisi which declares implicitly that Christianity and paganism are equal ways to salvation.

Dear Patriarchs, Dear Bishops,we live in times when a new antichristian thought is being formed which undermines all God’s laws (homosexuality, paedophilia, euthanasia...).The blame for the moral decay of Western Europe falls largely on Catholic theologians and hierarchs who have a spirit of apostasy. In fact, this spirit of apostasy is going to be beatified in the person of John Paul II on 1 May 2011. If You take part in beatification of John Paul II, You will thus manifest Your unity with the spirit of apostasy which he allowed to take flesh in the Western Church. On Your part it will in essence be a betrayal of Christ and a stumbling block to the little ones.

Your Holiness, Jesus pronounced a prophecy which refers to our days: “Therefore when you see the ‘abomination of desolation’, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing in the holy place (whoever reads, let him understand)...” (Mt 24:15)Through the gesture in Assisi, the Catholic Church has uncritically received the desolating abomination of idolatry in her midst. Thus, the inner nature of Jesus’ prophecy has been fulfilled saying that in “the holy place”, that is in the Church, will be standing the abomination of desolation – the spirit of apostasy, the spirit of the New Age, the spirit of Antichrist! In 1986 the profane statue of Buddha was placed on the tabernacle in Assisi; the hideous idol of the goddess Kali is seen in Fatima up to this day...

Your Holiness, the General Council of Constantinople (680-681) declared the Roman Pope Honorius I a heretic and explained: “For reading one of his letters to Sergius we found out that he accepted all his views and approved of his ungodly theories.” By ungodly theory they meant that Sergius the Patriarch of Constantinople suggested that the Church should not speak about the double but single will of Christ.Crimes against the purity of the faith committed by John Paul II are incomparable with a minor doctrinal error of posthumously excommunicated Honorius I.

Your Holiness, You know well that the Bohemian preacher of repentance John Huss was burnt by the Catholic Church as a heretic in Constance. According to these norms, John Paul II would be burnt as a super heretic. John Huss declared that a priest who is in grave sin administers the sacraments invalidly. Why did he say so? He perceived the reality that simony, debauched life of priests and all that scandalized the common people could not be stopped.John Huss was burnt at the stake for a minor heresy, but John Paul II is now to be canonized for far graver heresies!

Your Holiness, the decisive term is drawing near when You will prove to be a saint or an apostate, a reformer or a dissenter. In this historic situation there is no third alternative for You!Your Holiness, You can still stop the impending split which You have timed for 1 May 2011. The only solution is to cancel the pseudo beatification and to start a true reform of the Church. If You do not start the reform but beatify an apostate and his heretical spirit instead, You will not only be excluded from the Church but You will bear the blame for the Church split.

Your Holiness, at this time of general confusion You, as a successor to the Apostle Peter, are in the first place obliged to be the conscience of the Church and of the world. Apostatized Church hierarchy, along with John Paul II, is responsible for all of this present evil. Why? Because he did not punish heresies but, on the contrary, incorporated them authoritatively. Appeal to the apostate hierarchy to make a concrete step: either they will radically separate from the heresies of HCT and Assisi or they must leave the Church offices.
An appeal of the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC to ex-Bishops in Slovakia

Dear ex-Bishops,these days we have addressed an appeal to the Slovak nation to stop homodictatorship. Therefore our Bishops’ Synod hereby urges You to write a pastoral letter as part of practical penance. In this pastoral letter You should clearly express the teaching of the Holy Scripture and Catholic tradition concerning homosexuality. In addition, call upon all Catholics to actively manifest their faith and attitude towards moral values in such way that they will regularly hold protest demonstrations this year. Encourage the faithful to attend these demonstrations in district and regional towns and to organize at least one all-Slovakian demonstration in Bratislava. Hundreds of thousands of people will participate in response to Your appeal. Use Your authority at last in defence of God’s and moral laws and for the salvation of the Slovak nation. Your formal and idle pastoral letters and religious activities keep Catholics in blindness and false peace.

Your Holiness,since 2005 we have asked You in more than twenty letters not to permit beatification of the apostate John Paul II in any case. Nevertheless, at the beginning of 2011 You announced that the pseudo beatification of John Paul II is scheduled for 1 May 2011. Our Bishops’ Synod has already written You seven open letters this year, wherein we notified You that the planned pseudo beatification would mean Your self-excommunication from the Church.Your Holiness, by beatification of John Paul II You will officially establish the rule of the Antichrist in the Church and consequently in the world too. Realize Your responsibility both before God and before the Church!
The crimes of paedophilia

Your Holiness, we send You a copy of our letter to Prime Minister of Canada. We ask him to stop demonization of defenceless children – paedophilia.Your Holiness, please, say a clear and authoritative word on homosexuality and paedophilia. It is a shame that You had to apologize in America, Ireland and Australia for paedophilic crimes of the hierarchy and clergy. But that did not help purify the Church within. You did not punish anyone for those crimes and thus You de facto made it manifest that the Church tolerates these crimes.
Notification to the Pope

Your Holiness, the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC has elaborated a draft pastoral letter for You. For Your part, You only need to accept it as Your own, or modify it if necessary. We understand Your difficult situation. We pray for You, but we are deeply hurt by Your decision to beatify the apostate Pope John Paul II and to celebrate the tragic anniversary of the meeting in Assisi which has caused total decay of the Church. With great pain we have to inform You that unless You cancel beatification of John Paul II, our Synod will be obliged before the whole Church to promulgate Your apostasy and consequently Your self-excommunication from the Church, as well as excommunication of Pope John Paul II.
Draft pastoral letter “Repent, and believe in the Gospel!”

Dear Catholic Christians, on the threshold of the Lenten period I am addressing You as the successor of Peter, Bishop of Rome, with the words of our Lord and Saviour: “Change your minds, and believe in the Gospel!” The mind of a Christian in Europe as well as in other parts of the world is influenced by many negative amoral and neopagan currents. Many Christians no longer distinguish the truth from a lie, a sin from a virtue. The influence of the world upon a Christian stifles the influence of God’s Word and Church community. Dear brothers and sisters, I am just a weak man, just like the apostle Peter who denied his Lord three times. Peter repented, and I decided to do the same at this time of Lent. Therefore, by this pastoral letter I cancel beatification of John Paul II as well as the planned meeting in Assisi with representatives of pagan religions. Please, support my step with prayers so that when I will stand before the judgement seat of God and account for the whole Church, I can stand this judgement and be not condemned like the apostle Judas.

Your Holiness, You are obliged as Peter to protect the purity of faith in the first place. Through the gesture of beatification and the gesture in Assisi You are doing the exact opposite. In the name of the Triune God, we now appeal to You and implore You publicly before all Christians, and not only Catholics: Cancel the planned beatification of the apostate John Paul II! Cancel the tragic jubilee of the Assisi apostasy!In Your public address after Sunday’s “Angelus”, make a brief and clear apology to the whole Catholic world for the offence caused by You as well as for the offence caused by John Paul II in Assisi. Cancel the planned beatification as well as the syncretistic jubilee! Be brave; think of God’s judgement, eternity and millions of souls which You are responsible for.

Your Holiness, before every canonization, all deeds of the candidate must be examined whether they are consistent with Catholic doctrine. Your predecessor John Paul II committed several crimes against the faith. The fruit was mass apostasy from Christ and from the Church. Your Holiness, John Paul II must not be beatified but rather the contrary – he must be excommunicated.

Your Holiness, on the very first day in the new year, shocking news went the rounds – You confirmed the apostatical gesture in Assisi. You intend to repeat and canonize it. We quote You: “... to commemorate the great historic gesture of my predecessor and to solemnly renew the commitment of the believers of all religions to live their own religious faith as a service to peace...” Your Holiness, realize that by Your acknowledgement of the Assisi gesture You stood against Christ and against His Mystical Body – the Church. To put pagan idolatry on an equal footing with the Gospel is haeresis maxima.
