Dear Mr Teixeira, we turn to You in the matter of violations of human rights in the field of discrimination of a religious minority. Specifically, the enquiry here is discrimination of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC).
Establishment of gender-gay terrorism in the Czech Republic

The mayor of Prague took under his patronage promotion of homosexuality – Prague-pride on 10th-14th August 2011. Vice Chancellor of the President justly condemned this support of his. The President said that he was not proud at all that a gay-pride was held in Prague. Ladislav Batora, an employee of the Ministry of Education, took the President’s side too. Homosexual exhibition culminated in an allegorical procession on Saturday, 13th August 2011. One of the banners displayed an insulting cartoon of naked Vice Chancellor. Similarly, a cartoon of the President wearing pink glasses and standing on an allegorical car falsely and rudely labelled the President as a gay. A historic hour has come. Either the nation wakes up and takes sides with its President, and thus with all moral and spiritual values, or it will unite with the gender-gay criminal terrorists and take part in their destiny, which is hell on earth and hell after death.

The laws relating to religious discrimination and fomentation of religious hatred are being violated in Ukraine. These crimes are committed by the state authorities, namely by the Regional State Administration in Lvov (R. Kurash) and Regional State Administration in Ternopol (I. Kulchytskyi). The police in Lvov and Chortkiv (Ternopol region) cooperates with them in these crimes.Dear Mr President, we believe that You personally will intervene in this matter so that the laws of Ukraine be observed, the culprits punished and religious freedom in Ukraine respected.

Mr President, how will You, as a Pole and probably a Catholic, pass muster before the citizens of Poland and how will You once stand before the judgement seat of God? You are responsible for the policy promoted by the European Parliament. In the rest of the term of Your office be a hero and stand up for universal moral and spiritual values. Separate from the death camp and enter into the camp of life. If You do not have the strength to fight in this EU system, make a bold gesture and resign publicly from presidency in the European Parliament.
Announcement to the President and Government of Austria (14.7.2011)

We bring to Your notice that by reason of internal apostasy and church legalization of homosexuality God’s anathema has fallen upon 25 Churches, three of which are from Austria. It concerns the Old Catholic Church, Austrian Protestant Church and Evangelical Church of the Helvetic Confession. These Churches perform same-sex marriages and blessings. They practically deny sin, God’s laws and commandments, they no longer call evil evil and the truth the truth. Moreover, these Churches allow gay priests. They have become a dangerous infection for Austria, bringing down a curse upon the entire nation. Through ex-Cardinal Schönborn and other liberal and homosexual theologians this infection has penetrated into the Catholic Church, too.
Announcement to the President and Government of Germany (14.7.2011)

Dear Mr President, dear government officials of Germany, we announce to You a painful reality that the Evangelical Church of Germany and the Old Catholic Church, just like the Catholic Church in Germany, have brought down God’s anathema upon themselves and hence upon the German people. The reason is internal apostasy from the saving faith and in the case of the Evangelical Church its open legalization of homosexuality. They virtually denied sin, God’s laws and commandments, they no longer call evil evil and the truth the truth. These Churches have no more right to be called the Church of Christ. Denying the essential truths of the Gospel and casting out the Holy Spirit, they have become the spiritual Babylon (Rev 17:5) and the harlot of antichrist (Rev 17). They pose a threat of a dangerous infection for Germany.
Betrayal by the Christian Churches in Ukraine

In this historic moment when it is being decided whether the juvenile justice system will be approved in the near future, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appealed to all Christian Churches in Ukraine not to be indifferent but to urge Members of Parliament not to permit in any case legalization of this criminal structure in Ukraine whether in August or at any time later. 1st August 2011 was set as a term by which they were to publish their appeal to the Ukrainian Parliament on their web pages.The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby makes it public before all Christians of Ukraine as well as before the whole Ukrainian nation which of the Churches give tacit consent to the cruellest tyranny over children and their parents, namely the juvenile justice system.

On 30 June 2011, the City Council allowed the UGCC leadership to erect their cross at a distance of about 10 metres from our church. This permission practically means approval of and participation in illegal fomentation of religious intolerance. The cross was “sanctified” by the political instructor of the City Council O. Fredyna on 17 July 2011.Two days later they threw down a cross from the roof of our church and desecrated it. The deceived believers of the UGCC, provoked by religious hatred, injured five of our believers, threatened to burn the church down, to kill us, expel us... Why? Because the whole event is sponsored by the City Council which created conditions even for lynching orthodox believers.
Who is and who is not a Christian in USA

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby announces to the U.S. President and Congress:By reason of official approval of homosexuality the following Churches have excluded themselves from the Christian Churches: Presbyterian Church (USA), United Church of Christ, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Episcopal Church of the USA.The official Catholic Church is no Catholic Church any more. On May 1, 2011, when Benedict XVI beatified the apostate John Paul II, he elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the official doctrine of the Church. Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses with its center in Brooklyn as well as the Mormon Church in the State of Utah are no Christians. Why? Even though they appeal to the Holy Scripture and speak about Jesus Christ, they deny the essence of Christianity – the unicity of salvation and forgiveness of sins which is in Jesus Christ!

On 24 May 2011 President of Ukraine signed the document “Strategy of juvenile criminal justice in Ukraine”. It is virtually the approval of the so-called juvenile justice system. The Parliament is to take a final decision in August as to whether this supranational structure will be established in Ukraine. Politicians and the Ukrainian society expect a clear and uncompromising attitude of the Christians of Ukraine towards this most topical issue that concerns every citizen. Indifference at this time, especially on the part of Church representatives who are entrusted with responsibility, is not only a sin but a downright crime against God, against children and against the nation.

We have to admit that You perform great mission on the territories that have fallen away from Christianity. If Your mission was really in the Spirit of God and if it assured salvation to every individual, we would congratulate You. However, we realize with pain that although You claim to study the entire Holy Scripture, the essence of the Holy Scripture, which is centered on the person of our Savior Jesus Christ, has been concealed from You up to this day.

We have to state that “the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints” cannot be called a Christian Church because it does not have the Spirit of Christ (cf. Rom 8:9) but a different spirit contrary to the Holy Spirit, who is the spirit of truth and repentance. “Repent (change your minds), and believe in the Gospel.” (Mk 1:15) In these latter days, put Jesus Christ as the foundation, the centre and the top of Your faith and mission. For the time being, You just have the name of a Christian Church but, in reality, You are no Church of Christ.

Dear Christians and people of good will in Russia,we live in a time of a global spiritual revolution. The well-established moral and spiritual principles that make the man, call good good and evil evil are being changed. It is systematic demoralization and even demonization of youth and all population, which leads to gradual moral, spiritual and physical genocide. Nearly 100 years ago, there was a prophetic word given in Fatima through the Mother of God concerning Russia: “If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace.”Restoration of true Christianity, which entails sound education of youth and just legislation, is the only hope for preservation and restoration of the Russian nation.

In a letter dated 14th June 2011, the “Movement of Pure Hearts” addressed themselves to Archbishop Markian (UOGCC). They asked for a definite and responsible statement on the issue of legalization of LGBTs and juvenile justice. Legalization of these two destructive structures endangers not only the moral and spiritual values of the Ukrainian nation but also seriously breaks God’s laws.
The UN promotes worldwide legalization of drugs

The UN Global Commission on Drug Policy (Kofi Annan, Javier Solana ...) in its final report suggestively forces legalization of marijuana and other drugs upon all countries of the world. The UN experts have come to an absurd conclusion – they say that legalization of drugs will reduce crime, improve health of people and will contribute to economic development. We wonder under the influence of which drug the UN experts arrived at this conclusion. It is equally absurd theory as if the UN said: “The problem of alcoholism will be solved by reducing prices of alcohol in all shops to a minimum.”

Dear Mr President, our Byzantine Patriarchate has several times urged the necessity of the case of the Russian citizen Mrs Natalie Zakharova, appealing to both Church and state authorities. This innocent victim of the juvenile justice system has recently been transported from the French prison to Russia. Be brave and protect moral and spiritual values of the Russian nation by means of just legislation and education. Stand up against crime and immorality. Let Your concrete step be the rescue of an innocent victim of the juvenile justice system, Mrs Natalie Zakharova.

The belief in God the Creator and in Jesus Christ who died for us and rose from the dead has accompanied the Russian nation for a thousand years. This is its most precious treasure. It is necessary to return to this spiritual treasure. It is necessary to let it penetrate the Russian legislation, even deeper and stronger than it was in the last millennium. Russia will then become a heaven on earth and a blessing. Otherwise moral degradation, narcotics, alcohol, various forms of neopagan religions and sects will bring about death of the young generation and subsequent genocide of the Russian nation. So God lets His word which sounded a few centuries ago to be heard through us too: “I have set before you life and death, blessing and curse. Choose life.”

Dear Mr President, Honourable Members of the Government of France,we hereby ask You to fairly investigate and punish the judicial crime committed by the French courts against an innocent Russian citizen, Mrs Natalie Zakharova, and her three-year-old daughter who was forcibly separated from her mother 13 years ago and is now kept in a wall-type institution at an unknown place. The French courts committed another crime by staging a trial and sentencing the innocent mother to three years’ imprisonment...We demand that the child who is kept in confinement on the territory of France should be immediately returned to her mother and that the mother should receive just compensation for the injustices and psychological trauma caused both to her and her daughter.

Dear representatives of the European Court of Human Rights!We demand:a) punishment of two French courts:- for illegal deprivation of Mrs Natalie Zakharova of her parental rights,- for her illegal imprisonment,b) punishment of the juvenile court for stealing a child,c) the immediate return of the stolen daughter Masha Ouari,d) compensation for 13 years of traumatization and stigmatization of the mother and psychical violence and moral injury in the case of the daughter.
