Dear Mr President, we hereby ask You to cancel diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The present-day Vatican publicly proclaims heresies and syncretism, whereby it has betrayed the essence of Christianity.Owing to this betrayal, God’s punishment – anathema (acc. Gal 1:8-9) – fell not only on the apostate prelates but also on the last two Popes. This curse also falls on all Christians and formerly Christian nations which have unity with the present apostatical Vatican.
An appeal to the European Parliament (16.11.2011)

By adopting so-called amended legislation, present-day Europe adopts a programme of self-destruction. The inhabitants of the formerly Christian Europe face the question: Who is behind this genocidal system? There is a certain group of people who spread the ideology of death. Behind it is the spirit of lies and death, working through people who became its mediums, “because they did not receive the love of the truth” (2Thes 2:10). If the process of autogenocide is to be stopped, it is necessary to answer these essential questions:1) Who is man and where does he come from? 2) What is the meaning and purpose of life? 3) The question of death.

Dear Sir, we have come to learn that from 19 to 26 November You are staying in Ukraine and having meetings with ombudsmen, public representatives, representatives of the Ministries as well as with the victims of human rights violations. We would like to ask You as Commissioner for Human Rights to deal with the fundamental human rights relating to freedom of religion and freedom of conscience, as provided by international charters as well as by the Constitution and Law of Ukraine. We would like to ask You to deal with our case too – specifically, with systematic inflammation of religious hatred and discrimination against us as a religious minority, namely against the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC).
Preparation of so-called anti-discrimination laws in Ukraine

These days a draft decree “On Adoption of the Strategy on Combating Discrimination in Ukraine” has been submitted to You and to the President of Ukraine. This criminal “Strategy” was initiated by the Council for LGBT Interests and cunningly associated with liberalization of the visa regime with the EU. We demand that planned liberalization of the visa regime should not be conditioned by enactment of this criminal discriminatory law.Bear in mind that the consequences will in the first place affect You, Your children and grandchildren!Do not allow the passing of the bill “On Adoption of the Strategy on Combating Discrimination in Ukraine” in any case!
Promotion of euthanasia (+ video)

Vladimir Zastava from the Communications Department of the Horshenin Institute at press conference dealt with the question of the attitude of Ukrainian society towards death. A manipulating article on this subject from 15th October 2011 carries the following headline: “One third of Ukrainians is in favour of restoration of death penalty and is not against legalization of euthanasia” (Greek-Catholic portal RISU). To set euthanasia beside repulsive death penalty so as to make euthanasia not seem so dreadful is criminal manipulation.

Halik uses a shocking word ‘fascism’ but not once has he said in what specifically Mr Batora and members of the D.O.S.T. chime in with fascism. The general public, however, knows a specific fact that the group D.O.S.T. does not chime in with homosexualism. On the part of Halik – advocate of homosexualism – it is dirty denigration of Mr Batora and manipulation of the public.

At a meeting on 23 September 2011 Members of Parliament voted for The Law “On Documents Which Certify Identity and Confirm Citizenship of Ukraine”. This Law will negatively affect personal liberty and the right of every citizen, but also national security and independence. Therefore we have to warn of a real danger.

World Health Organization (WHO) has enrolled love in the register of diseases under the registration number F 63.9. Love now belongs to mental disorders, to the section “Habit and impulse disorders” immediately after alcoholism, addiction to computer games, drug abuse and kleptomania. It has been rated as obsessive-compulsive disorder which can last a maximum of 4 years, allegedly for physiological reasons.

Dear Members of Parliament, in the coming days a draft law on protection of public morality shall be presented to You. Unfortunately, this proposal does not lead to protection of public morality but to its eradication. Why? It refers to international standards and authorities, particularly the EU and the UN, which unfortunately do not promote moral and spiritual values at the present time but antivalues, antilaws and amorality. Antieducation is being introduced into the school system, including kindergartens. Children are being exposed to sexual immorality and gender schizophrenia.

Dear Sir, we remind You the responsibility to justly punish employees subordinated to You. It is the chief of the Main Department On Matters of Internal Policy, Nationalities and Religions of the Lviv Regional State Administration (former Department on Matters of Nationalities and Religions), Mr R. Kurash, and chief of the same department in Ternopol Regional State Administration, Mr I. Kulchytskyi, who commit unlawful religious discrimination.
Religious discrimination in Ukraine

As from 10th September 2011, Ukraine is introducing liberalization of the visa regime between Ukraine and the EU. The State Committee of Ukraine on Matters of Nationalities and Religions has been illegally blocking the registration of a religious minority – Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church for two years. From this it follows: a) 23 contemplative sisters from the monastery of St. Elijah the Prophet will not obtain documentation for a long-stay visa and will have to leave Ukraine. They do not have monastery in the EU. Religious discrimination de facto passes into their dissolution. b) Immediately after 10th September 2011, the Patriarch of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate has to leave Ukraine for the same reason, otherwise he will find himself outside the law and, as a result of religious discrimination, will be deported. Deputy Minister of Culture, Mr Y. Bohutskyi, must be removed from office and justly punished for crimes of religious discrimination.

Establishment of gender-gay terrorism in the Czech Republic

The mayor of Prague took under his patronage promotion of homosexuality – Prague-pride on 10th-14th August 2011. Vice Chancellor of the President justly condemned this support of his. The President said that he was not proud at all that a gay-pride was held in Prague. Ladislav Batora, an employee of the Ministry of Education, took the President’s side too. Homosexual exhibition culminated in an allegorical procession on Saturday, 13th August 2011. One of the banners displayed an insulting cartoon of naked Vice Chancellor. Similarly, a cartoon of the President wearing pink glasses and standing on an allegorical car falsely and rudely labelled the President as a gay. A historic hour has come. Either the nation wakes up and takes sides with its President, and thus with all moral and spiritual values, or it will unite with the gender-gay criminal terrorists and take part in their destiny, which is hell on earth and hell after death.

The laws relating to religious discrimination and fomentation of religious hatred are being violated in Ukraine. These crimes are committed by the state authorities, namely by the Regional State Administration in Lvov (R. Kurash) and Regional State Administration in Ternopol (I. Kulchytskyi). The police in Lvov and Chortkiv (Ternopol region) cooperates with them in these crimes.Dear Mr President, we believe that You personally will intervene in this matter so that the laws of Ukraine be observed, the culprits punished and religious freedom in Ukraine respected.

Mr President, how will You, as a Pole and probably a Catholic, pass muster before the citizens of Poland and how will You once stand before the judgement seat of God? You are responsible for the policy promoted by the European Parliament. In the rest of the term of Your office be a hero and stand up for universal moral and spiritual values. Separate from the death camp and enter into the camp of life. If You do not have the strength to fight in this EU system, make a bold gesture and resign publicly from presidency in the European Parliament.
Announcement to the President and Government of Austria (14.7.2011)

We bring to Your notice that by reason of internal apostasy and church legalization of homosexuality God’s anathema has fallen upon 25 Churches, three of which are from Austria. It concerns the Old Catholic Church, Austrian Protestant Church and Evangelical Church of the Helvetic Confession. These Churches perform same-sex marriages and blessings. They practically deny sin, God’s laws and commandments, they no longer call evil evil and the truth the truth. Moreover, these Churches allow gay priests. They have become a dangerous infection for Austria, bringing down a curse upon the entire nation. Through ex-Cardinal Schönborn and other liberal and homosexual theologians this infection has penetrated into the Catholic Church, too.
Announcement to the President and Government of Germany (14.7.2011)

Dear Mr President, dear government officials of Germany, we announce to You a painful reality that the Evangelical Church of Germany and the Old Catholic Church, just like the Catholic Church in Germany, have brought down God’s anathema upon themselves and hence upon the German people. The reason is internal apostasy from the saving faith and in the case of the Evangelical Church its open legalization of homosexuality. They virtually denied sin, God’s laws and commandments, they no longer call evil evil and the truth the truth. These Churches have no more right to be called the Church of Christ. Denying the essential truths of the Gospel and casting out the Holy Spirit, they have become the spiritual Babylon (Rev 17:5) and the harlot of antichrist (Rev 17). They pose a threat of a dangerous infection for Germany.
Discrimination against orthodox Catholics of Lvov /letter to Mayor of the City of Lvov/

On 30 June 2011, the City Council allowed the UGCC leadership to erect their cross at a distance of about 10 metres from our church. This permission practically means approval of and participation in illegal fomentation of religious intolerance. The cross was “sanctified” by the political instructor of the City Council O. Fredyna on 17 July 2011.Two days later they threw down a cross from the roof of our church and desecrated it. The deceived believers of the UGCC, provoked by religious hatred, injured five of our believers, threatened to burn the church down, to kill us, expel us... Why? Because the whole event is sponsored by the City Council which created conditions even for lynching orthodox believers.
Who is and who is not a Christian in USA

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby announces to the U.S. President and Congress:By reason of official approval of homosexuality the following Churches have excluded themselves from the Christian Churches: Presbyterian Church (USA), United Church of Christ, Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, Episcopal Church of the USA.The official Catholic Church is no Catholic Church any more. On May 1, 2011, when Benedict XVI beatified the apostate John Paul II, he elevated the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – to the official doctrine of the Church. Society of Jehovah’s Witnesses with its center in Brooklyn as well as the Mormon Church in the State of Utah are no Christians. Why? Even though they appeal to the Holy Scripture and speak about Jesus Christ, they deny the essence of Christianity – the unicity of salvation and forgiveness of sins which is in Jesus Christ!

Dear Christians and people of good will in Russia,we live in a time of a global spiritual revolution. The well-established moral and spiritual principles that make the man, call good good and evil evil are being changed. It is systematic demoralization and even demonization of youth and all population, which leads to gradual moral, spiritual and physical genocide. Nearly 100 years ago, there was a prophetic word given in Fatima through the Mother of God concerning Russia: “If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace.”Restoration of true Christianity, which entails sound education of youth and just legislation, is the only hope for preservation and restoration of the Russian nation.
