The Russian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe began to collect signatures under its initiative to examine the practices of the European social services, which remove children from their parents. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate fully supports the activity of the Russian delegation to PACE. The activities of social services, that implement bestial juvenile mechanisms, are crimes against humanity. These services piratically steal children from their loving parents.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate on behalf of all true Christians of the world expresses support to parents’ organizations of the 193 UN member states. In these days parents have turned to the UN Committee on the so-called rights of the child with a radical protest. Committee session is being held from 17 September to 5 October 2012 in Geneva. Parents’ organizations published a document entitled “Global protest against the UN policies”. The protest is directed against brutal removals of children from their families. It is connected with an internet petition.

The court in The Hague approved a political party of paedophiles! The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate voices a protest!Paedophilia is one of the most serious crimes. To approve a party for criminals means to destroy the society. It is the same as approval of a party for zoophiles or necrophiles, murderers or thieves, which in fact confirms their nefarious agenda.Approval of a paedophiles’ party means a radical change in thought. A new definition of the family

In a series of constant changes in Ukrainian legislation we have learnt a shocking novelty that the family no longer consists of husband, wife and children, but of people who “live together interconnected by a common residence and having mutual rights and obligations” (Social Code of Ukraine, Section ХVII, Social Protection of the Family, Children and Youth, Part 17.1, General conditions of social protection of the family, Art. 243 pt. 2).We can expect the next amendment to the Code: soon the family will not need to consist of people but just of living beings. For example: dog, cat, parrot and grandmother – i.e. a zoofamily.

Dear members of the U.S. Congress, the press published an information that President Obama issued a ruling according to which all Americans are to receive a microchip – implant – by March 23, 2013.Already before the bill “On health protection” was adopted, it had been planned that 2013 is going to become the year when every child born in the U.S. will receive a microchip at birth. This is now becoming a reality. No matter what view one takes of amnesty or immigration, the main thing is that everyone be chipped in order to make an electronic database for Big Brother to detect all personal information.

On Wednesday 1 August 2012, civic organizations that belong to the religious minority of the UO GCC organized a peaceful prayer demonstration in Drohobych, Ukraine, on the occasion of the anniversary of the baptism of Kievan Rus. During the peaceful demonstration Drohobych police, without any reason, arrested two activists! On the very same day they were sentenced in a show trial and imprisoned (a term of 10 and 15 days)! The police committed a crime on innocent citizens of Ukraine!Madam, we request that You intervene in this scandalous case, draw the appropriate consequences and see to compensation to the aggrieved party to prevent any further injustice shown to peaceful citizens of Ukraine.

Dear Madam, the European Union appointed You a commissioner to supervise the observance of human rights in Ukraine, in particular relating to discrimination against minorities and freedom of speech.Our minority Church (UO GCC) has already for three years been subject to religious discrimination and prevented from being granted legal registration at the Ministry of Culture under artificial pretexts. In fact, the motive therefor is the competitive position of the UGCC which does not wish our existence. Our Church has about 5,000 believers and is currently facing inflammation of religious enmity among the masses through the mass media.

On 5 July 2012 we were informed by the Prosecutor of the Brody District that as from 10 July 2012 we will not be allowed to celebrate Divine Liturgies in the Church of St. Joseph in Pidhirtsi rented to our religious community of the UO GCC by the Lviv National Art Gallery. We ask where we shall celebrate the Divine Liturgy on the Feast of Sts. Peter and Paul, on the following Sunday (15 July) and on other Sundays and feast days? If we are not allowed to celebrate the Liturgy inside the church on 10 July, we shall perhaps celebrate it outside.
A ban on homosexual propaganda

Vadim Kolesnichenko, a deputy of the Parliament of Ukraine, submitted a bill “On a ban on homosexual propaganda among children”. His proposal provoked an immediate backlash from the UN and the EU. On the basis of the European Convention Ukraine is strictly prohibited from enacting at least one law on true protection of children and youth. A small group of perverted people discriminates against the vast majority of citizens who want to educate their children in traditional Christian values and to secure them the legal right to pure childhood. This is international tyranny imposed by the EU and the UN, the consequence being moral, spiritual and physical genocide of the nation.
Convention on demoralization of children

Convention of the Council of Europe on the Protection of Children against Sexual Exploitation and Sexual Abuse is not at all concerned with the protection of children but rather the opposite. Its purpose is systematic demoralization and even satanization of children. The MPs were deceived by moral sounding terms and a number of positive definitions.According to Article 2 of the Convention, under the guise of so-called “discrimination on grounds of sexual orientation” this Convention in fact legalizes forcible promotion of homosexuality among children.According to Article 6, the Convention provides for implementation of compulsory sexual (gender) “education”, starting with preschool children.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate in Ukraine is a moral force which defends moral, spiritual and Christian values. The hierarchy of the Catholic Church headed by Cardinal Husar and Archbishop Shevchuk have already for three years manipulated the government agencies into transgressing the laws of Ukraine and preventing legal registration of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UO GCC), which is part of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate. UO GCC came into existence by separating from the UGCC headed by Cardinal L. Husar. The reason was Cardinal Husar’s proclamation of heresies. Our Church is no sect, as Cardinal Husar and his hierarchy label us. These hierarchs engage in intrigues to prevent the registration of our Church, exploiting state authorities for their own ends, which is contrary to the Ukrainian laws.

On 17 May 2012, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted Law “On Amendments to Some Legislative Documents Related to Registration of Residence and Stay in Ukraine” № 9289. This law paves the way for total control over the citizens of Ukraine by use of data from the State Register of natural persons – taxpayers and the Voters' Register. The law provides that a person who is beyond the administrative-territorial unit (village? town? district? region?) in which his/her place of residence is registered for more than a month shall contact the appropriate body and pay the state fee for his/her place of stay to be enrolled on the Register.We may assume that this law will result in receiving chips with the number 666 in the hand or forehead (Rev. 13:16-18).

The apostate Kyrill has become the biggest obstacle to a true spiritual and moral revival of the Church and of the Russian nation at the present time. He has never stood in defence of the faith as a good shepherd. He has never said a clear word against homosexualism which destroys all moral and spiritual values. He has not once pointed out the need for the protection of children and families against the felonious juvenile justice system which tyrannizes and demonizes children. His betrayal was completed by his apostatical gesture in Astana. Mr President, please, appeal to Patriarch Kyrill from the position of authority to resign his office. In his place, the faithful orthodox bishops and monks shall choose a “good shepherd who after the example of Christ gives his life for the sheep” (Jn 10:11).
Stop satanization of the nations

Formerly, the term “Europe” was associated with a culture built on God’s laws, truth, justice, and moral and Christian values. Today “Europe” is associated with rebellion against God, moral degeneration, demonization, satanization and an ideology of death. The UN once used to be a guarantee of international justice; today the term of the UN covers the most terrible crimes against humanity. The UN Conventions are nothing but genocidal programs which must be fought back while there is still time.
Genocidal UN conventions and EU standards - Part 2: Juvenile justice

Convention on the Rights of the Child, which obliges all UN states, introduces supranational juvenile justice mechanism into the whole world. Juvenile justice snatches children away from their families without any reason or guilt and places them in so-called adoptive families, primarily abroad, to homosexuals, pedophiles or transsexuals and some are even sold for organs.Education, which every child necessarily needs, is hypocritically called “domestic violence” or “violation of the rights of the child” and is the reason why a child is removed from parents. This ideology has fabricated various types of so-called violence, such as psychological or economic violence and the like. In fact, even when a child helps in the household, it is considered to be violence. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate appeals to the UN leadership to abrogate the conventions relating to gender ideology as well as the convention “On the Rights of the Child” which actually introduces not only the juvenile justice system but also the laws on deprivation of the rights of all parents in the state.
Genocidal UN conventions and EU standards - Part 1: Gay-genderism

Gender schizophrenia deprives person of all certainties. If a man declares that he is a woman and gender laws confirm it, there are no objective standards any more. Such unreal thinking is based on falsehood and denies any reality. But one can then lie, steal and kill because all perverts and criminals have a right to realize their selfish and cynical desires. This is total disintegration of all values. This gender enlightenment and anti-education turns people into madmen and the whole society into one big madhouse. One will say that he is Cleopatra, another that he has horns, another that he is a tractor, and all that must be accepted as the truth and the right. If children are to grow up in this madhouse, it will systematically destroy their psyche, conscience and ability to distinguish between truth and lie, good and evil. It will produce criminals and tyrants who will take revenge on the society and at the same time destroy themselves. This is satanization of the individual nations and impending autogenocide.

Genocide or resurrection

On 21 April 2012, there was a big rally in Moscow under the name “For the sake of family, faith and sovereignty!”. Citizens of Russia protested against the laws which aim to promote homosexual ideology and mechanism of juvenile justice in its cruellest form. These criminal laws are based on the UN Conventions which nowadays promote homosexualism and thus destruction of all moral, spiritual and Christian values. True democracy must introduce laws that will ensure preventive protection of children against moral perversion, narcotics, alcoholism and other addictions and lead them to true heroism, compassion and charity.
A protest against mass demoralization of children

Owing to the UN conventions, schools are no educational institutions any more but have turned into factories for mass production of criminals. In essence, it means promotion of perverted homosexuality and transsexuality with the view of turning children into individuals dependent on perverse sexuality without conscience and without reason. Let us recall e.g. the statistics of England – the fruits of so-called sexual and gender education: Children in England were sexually demonized to such extent that they had to be excluded from kindergartens and schools. Some of the children were 4-5 years of age. Between 2006 and 2011, 15,000 children had to be excluded on grounds of sexual violence and perversion. This demonization will grow geometrically in the years to come.
