A reply to the proclamation of the dean and priests of the Brody deanery

The Church is separate from the state, and therefore a demand for deportation on the strength of religious or doctrinal beliefs is a violation of the Constitution of the Ukrainian state and a sign of malice in the hearts of those who forced the dean and his priests to write such a proclamation. Unfortunately the dean and the priests are not guiltless either. They preferred to choose temporary good with a betrayal of the truth and of Christ rather than a clear and just conscience along with the oppression on the part of the apostatic hierarchy, which is now illegitimately occupying the posts in the Church structure.
Reply to the article allegedly written by Bishop S. Dmyterko OSBM

The religious journal Nova Zorya has carried an article which was allegedly written on 10th October 2008 by nearly dying Bishop Sophron Dmyterko OSBM. This orthodox (i.e. true-Catholic) bishop died on 5th November 2008. The question is how he could write that article if for more than a year he could not speak and his arms and legs were paralyzed. In December 2007 he was visited by Bishop Eliáš OSBM and by religious sisters. Unfortunately, at that time he was already unable to communicate.

It is really shameful for the present-day Church, and at the same time a sign of her decay, that she has turned away from the sound principles of the Gospel which form the spiritual life, and has put into the centre the idol of psychology which stems from unhealthy roots of impurity and occultism.
A response to the article of Bp. Sophron Mudryi

The whole article is but shouting, insults and condemnation, just as it was used by those who condemned Christ. The Church hierarchy of that time fanaticized the crowd who then shouted: “Away with him, crucify him! Crucify him!” However, when the governor asked what evil He had done, the response was just venomous and demagogical shouting: “Crucify! Crucify! Unless you crucify him we’ll show you. We’ll tell the state power (Caesar) on you.” (cf. Jn 19:12) Similar methods and a similar spirit are found even here. This method has just one aim – moral liquidation and death. Behind it is a spirit of disruption, as the whole article is called. Through the apostates in power this spirit is disrupting our martyrish Church.
The journal Misionar

Misionar serializes articles with the spirit of historic-critical theology (HCT), which e.g. deny Abraham’s offering, treating it as a legend. The spirit of HCT casts doubt upon all the truths of the Scripture and besides, it puts the Scripture on an equal footing with pagan myths. This spirit has seized power in the OSBM Order in Ukraine. This spirit of HCT as well as the spirit of syncretism is, in fact, a spirit of rebellion and disobedience to God.
Analysis of the public letter from 16th February 2007

It is generally known that it is by now nearly two years that we have been writing letters to the Holy Father, cardinals and bishops in which we point at two big wounds of the mystical body of Christ – the Church. Since for the internal enemies of the Church it is impossible to silence us by argumentation directed against the contents of our letters, there is then only one possibility left – through lies and distortion to attack straight against us. Then through these lies to achieve our moral liquidation so as to cast a shadow on all that we have written and so that one will no more go to the substance but stick in the purposeful defamation.Dear Vladimír, in the analysis of Your letter we will point at the forms of manipulation which You use:a) evoking of trustworthiness;b) lying or concealing of the essential truth;c) a hidden aim and a mean intention.
Response to a letter of the seminarian V.O.

By the call for “repentance” from the seminarist V.O. we were forced to deal with the issue of Ukrainians and Focolare again. We ask that the whole affair connected with the consecration of L. Hu?ko and with the question of injury done to Ukrainians be solved by the Church court, and thereby also our alleged guilt. We brought a legal action Libellus Litis to the Holy Father as against Exarch L. Hu?ko so against Card. M. Vlk (sheltering of an apostate Prof. T. Halík). We uphold this charge, since these are matters which are related to the faith and morals. Without a radical intervention in the spiritual system which has been built by Focolare in the Church in CR, there cannot come a true spiritual awakening.
An open letter to the Czech Bishops’ Conference

Dear Bishops of the Czech Republic, we were sent by e-mail Your declaration concerning us and our letters addressed to the Holy Father and to the cardinals and the bishops of the Catholic Church. Metacontents of the sent document contain these data: author: Ladislav Hu?ko; saved: Stepan?ik; operator: Archbishopric of Prague; compilation date: 24th January 2007. As this declaration compiled by L. Hu?ko unlike all our letters completely lacks concreteness and arguments in spite of the fact that it is a public accusation, we have to state by the words of L. Hu?ko that it contradicts the Christian morals.
