Terrorist actions on the orders of the UGCC
Post date: 2015-07-25Autor: BCP
On Monday 22 June 2015, a group of men in masks made an armed attack on the women’s Monastery of St Elijah the Prophet in Bryukhovychi near Lvov on the orders of the UGCC (Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church) hierarchy. The Monastery, which was established by the Metropolitan Andrey Sheptytskyi in 1925, went through the communist era, when the Church went underground and suffered persecution, and it preserved the true Catholic faith.
Personal testimonies of the Sisters concerning barbaric armed raid on their monastery in Bryukhovychi on 22 June 2015 (video)
Post date: 2015-07-24Autor: Contemplative sisters
On 22 June 2015, a barbaric armed raid was made on our monastery in Bryukhovychi at 6:20 a.m. There were about 200 men. They jumped over the fence, dressed in black and green and wearing black or green masks. They had guns. They broke the doors with axes. I saw a group of men in disguise at the door. They wore masks and you could only see their eyes. They had guns and pistols. They pointed the weapons at us, shouted at us and commanded us to go out. Another group of men was standing behind them and flashing torches in our eyes. They did not allow us to say anything. They showed no official documents nor explained what right they had to encroach on a private territory.
Only the cross of Christ is a bridge to God

In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life. The Son of God became man to deliver us from our sins: “You shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins.” (Mt 1:21) “There is born to you this day in the city of David the Saviour, who is Christ the Lord.” (Lk 2:11)
Modern heresies

The two sentences that were preached by all the Apostles: 1) Jesus He died for our sins, 2) Jesus was raised from the dead and we are witnesses of this. Today this all is being denied masterfully! One can hardly believe that such is the state of the organization which still calls itself the Church.
Reflection on Jn 17:21
Post date: 2015-07-19Autor: BCP
In this verse, Jesus prays for the present and future apostles and disciples and for their internal unity. This unity is no legal unity or unity within a structure. The condition of true unity is that every disciple of Christ must first be in unity with the Father through sincere repentance and saving faith. Prayers for a kind of globalization of Christians in the spirit of New Age with the aim of establishing a unified structure is the exact opposite of what Jesus prayed for.
We must learn to fight
Post date: 2015-07-13Autor: BCP
We must learn to fight in the spiritual battle. It is no good opening our hearts to impudent and unscrupulous people. It holds true: “Don’t throw your pearls to pigs!” We need the spirit of prophecy so that we may discern correctly. Spiritual battle is no showing off; it is a tough job. But what shall we fear? Illness, suffering or death – we need not fear it. God is with us always, and if we can suffer for the sake of Christ, we shall have glory in heaven. The goal is to save our souls and the souls of others – and that is the sense of mission.
Be like Abraham
Post date: 2015-07-11Autor: BCP
Be like Abraham, be men who give the first place to God. Because of Abraham, God gave His blessing to the whole generation. In these times, too, we need a community – the Church is a community. Where two or three are gathered together, there is power. If you put the divine truths into practice and embody them in your life, your word is with power.
Do not allow changes in the Constitution!
Post date: 2015-07-08Autor: BCP
What are the so-called rights of sexual minorities and so-called antidiscrimination laws? It is, in essence, demagogy and introduction of ruthless discrimination against 99% of Ukrainians, involving imprisonment and unjust punishments. In other words, it is in fact destruction of the nation by sexual deviants – homosexuals, transsexuals, sadomasochists, zoophiles, necrophiles, paedophiles and other mentally ill individuals and criminals. Adoption of new “standards” in the Constitution will give these deviants the right to commit their crimes with impunity. The amended Constitution will mean public renunciation of the nation’s Christian roots and tradition. It will mean rebellion against God, paving the way for moral and physical autogenocide of Ukraine. It will be a mockery of the whole history of Ukraine if in this jubilee year of St Vladimir Ukraine will adopt the suicidal Constitution which leads to hell on earth and eternal hell after death.
1000th anniversary of the death of St Vladimir (28 July 1015 - 28 July 2015)
Post date: 2015-07-07Autor: BCP
Three Slavonic nations - Russia, Ukraine and Belarus - retain national Christian roots and 1000-year Christian tradition which was adopted on this territory thanks to St Vladimir. Saint Vladimir was a pagan, though his grandmother, St Olga, had accepted Christianity. The process of his conversion was gradual but profound. He completely changed his way of life. St Vladimir was involved in a fierce psychological struggle against sorcerers, unconverted boyars and secret traitors. He had to be prepared for premeditated death at all times. Especially today, one ought to view the greatness of Saint Vladimir from this very perspective of the fight against the satanic system of paganism.
Reflection on Jn 17:11
Post date: 2015-07-05Autor: BCP
Jn 17:11 in the Greek original reads: “...keep them in Your name, which You have given Me...” It means that the disciples must be kept in the name of the Father, which Jesus bears. Verse 26 specifies the primary meaning of verse 11 which shows that Jesus has made known the Father’s name in His name: “I made known to them Your name, and I will continue to make it known.” So this indicates a process of knowing the depth of the name of God – Yehoshua, which Jesus makes known through the Holy Spirit. This knowledge is connected with the love of the Father towards the Son as well as the love of the Father and the Son towards us. The culmination is the dwelling of Christ in the soul of a disciple which is conditioned by the process of knowing the divine name ever more deeply.

The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate after examining the documents relating to the writings of John Huss, his testimony of life and orthodoxy of the Catholic faith as well as orthodox doctrine, and also after examining the evidence about his imprisonment and death, on the occasion of the six hundredth anniversary of his martyrdom, by authority of the apostolic and prophetic office, in the name of the Triune God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, numbers John Huss, Czech priest and martyr for Christ and the truth, among the choir of saints. We hereby appeal to the Czech nation to follow its heroic preacher of truth especially in these hard times of serious heresies, invasion of neopaganism and moral devastation.
Two Greek hierarchs betrayed Christ, the Church and the nation
Post date: 2015-07-04Autor: BCP
The head of the Greek Orthodox Church, Archbishop Hieronymus II, in a critical moment in the period before the referendum, betrayed the laws of God, Christ and the nation. Instead of pointing to the root of the curse brought down by homosexual laws and appealing to the nation to repent in earnest and to separate from the EU system of homodictatorship, he deceived the nation. He called the people to remain in this system of homodictatorship and thus enabled this system to continue its destruction of human souls. The same is true of Metropolitan of Thessaloniki Anthimos, who at this critical moment made the same gesture of betrayal: “I will vote for Europe”. By this gesture he also betrayed God, the Church and the nation, and brought down on himself God’s anathema according to Gal 1:8-9.

On 22 June 2015, early in the morning, a criminal act was committed at the request of the apostate clergy of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church (UGCC). The event took place in the chapel of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek Catholic Church (UO GCC), Sosnova St., Bryukhovychi, and in the Contemplative Monastery on Shkilna St. simultaneously. At 6 a.m. assaulters in masks and police uniforms broke into the buildings with crowbars and axes. They dragged four bishops and one priest of the UO GCC – Czech and Slovak citizens – out of the Basilian monastery on Sosnova St. by force, took them to the SBU (Security Service of Ukraine) department in Lvov and do not allow solicitors to enter the case. Three of them were unlawfully deported from Ukraine soon. The other two were subject to an absurd trial with the testimonies of false witnesses and also deported from Ukraine on 25 June 2015. At the same time when the Basilian monastery was attacked, a group of armed criminals in military and police uniforms with batons, pistols and even machine guns (among them were also UGCC monks in disguise) encroached on the private territory and broke into the Contemplative Monastery of St Elijah the Prophet. There were about 200 of them altogether – 3 buses and several private cars.

Restitution, repentance and John Huss /An open letter to the Vatican/
Post date: 2015-06-21Autor: BCP
The feast of Sts Cyril and Methodius and the feast of Master John Huss (5 and 6 July 2015) will be the culmination of national repentance. The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby presents a proposal to the Vatican for three historic gestures of repentance to be made in Velehrad:1) The Church in the Czech Republic shall waive the right to restitution.2) A gesture of repentance shall be made in the form of renunciation of heresies, syncretism and immorality.3) The Czech martyr John Huss shall be declared a saint.
Reflection on Jn 17:3
Post date: 2015-06-20Autor: BCP
Jesus speaks about eternal life which is connected with the knowing of God the Father, and with the knowing of Jesus Christ. We may know God – Jesus Christ even now in prayer, in reading the Gospel, in suffering and especially when we renounce our own will and make an act of love by accepting the will of God by faith and in self-surrender. Jesus spoke about eternal life even before, when He said: The Father has given the Son authority over all flesh, that He should give eternal life to as many as He has given Him.
