Monsignor, on 22 November 2011, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate applied to the President of Ukraine for cancellation of diplomatic relations with the Vatican. It is quite logical. Due to the false beatification of John Paul II, a curse has fallen on the Vatican and through it on the whole Catholic Church.It must be as clear as day to every sensible Catholic that all the Popes, starting from Peter and ending with the last orthodox Pope in 1978, have no continuity of faith and morals with the apostasy of the last two Popes. Dear Monsignor, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby appeals to You to withdraw the Papal Nuncio from Ukraine.

On 26-28 October 2011, a meeting with representatives of pagan religions took place in the Vatican and in Assisi. The main organizer of the spiritual Babylon was the apostate Pope Benedict XVI. Apostatical Christianity was represented by 124 participants from different denominations.The meeting was attended by the Muslims and by representatives of pagan demonolaters: Buddhists, Shintoists, Hindus, Sikhs, Taoists, Jainists, Confucians, Zoroastrians and Bahaists, pagan worshippers of demons from Africa, America and India, and representatives of Japanese paganism. The individual participants made an oath of allegiance to the spirit of Assisi - the spirit of antichrist.

The inhabitants of the formerly Christian Europe face the question: Who is behind this genocidal system? There is a certain group of people who spread the ideology of death. By authority of the apostolic and prophetic office, in the name of the Triune God, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate obliges in conscience:1) every Catholic priest and believer to dissociate himself from the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist.2) every priest to cease to commemorate the names of the present ex-Pope and ex-Bishop in the Liturgy. Otherwise, his Liturgies are a deceit because it is not the Holy Spirit who works in them but the spirit of antichrist.

Dear Sir, we have come to learn that from 19 to 26 November You are staying in Ukraine and having meetings with ombudsmen, public representatives, representatives of the Ministries as well as with the victims of human rights violations. We would like to ask You as Commissioner for Human Rights to deal with the fundamental human rights relating to freedom of religion and freedom of conscience, as provided by international charters as well as by the Constitution and Law of Ukraine. We would like to ask You to deal with our case too – specifically, with systematic inflammation of religious hatred and discrimination against us as a religious minority, namely against the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC).

The statement of the UGCC and RCC hierarchy, issued on 28 October 2011, is based on gross denigration of the UOGCC and it is a colossal lie! The totalitarian sect of the UGCC pharisees assumes that people will believe whatever nonsense they say. In all the churches the believers hear mendacious and hateful pastoral letters read out again and again which form so-called public opinion. Mass media then magnify these absurd lies and hypocritically refer to the so-called official position of leadership of the UGCC.The apostates of the UGCC force the government to eliminate their competitors – UOGCC.

We would like to sober You down from Your fallacious views of Christ’s Church and from Your statements concerning us, the orthodox bishops of the UOGCC.The Catholic Church was established neither by You nor by any other people. It was established by the God-Man Jesus Christ. So the Church is no politico-economic institution to make a profit on but it is the Body of Christ. Therefore belonging to the Church – the Body of Christ – does not lie in a formal membership in the external structure of Your apostatical organization which You unjustly call “Catholic Church”. He is a Catholic and he belongs to the Catholic Church – the Mystical Body of Christ – who distances himself from heresies that deny the essence of the Catholic Church, including Husar’s heresies.

Therefore we urge all Christians of Ukraine to realize their responsibility before God and before the future generations and to make these concrete necessary steps to salvation:1) Pray for the salvation of the future generation as well as of Ukraine. 2) Fasting.3) Join together in various committees and civic organizations.4) Organize demonstrations systematically before the premises of the regional state administrations in your region with a demand for: cessation of so-called law amendments;abolition of the gender structure; abolition of the juvenile justice system; cessation of planned chipping.5) Petition the President for cessation of the process of demoralization and dechristianization of Ukraine, which is associated with the so-called amendments to the laws.

These days a draft decree “On Adoption of the Strategy on Combating Discrimination in Ukraine” has been submitted to You and to the President of Ukraine. This criminal “Strategy” was initiated by the Council for LGBT Interests and cunningly associated with liberalization of the visa regime with the EU. We demand that planned liberalization of the visa regime should not be conditioned by enactment of this criminal discriminatory law.Bear in mind that the consequences will in the first place affect You, Your children and grandchildren!Do not allow the passing of the bill “On Adoption of the Strategy on Combating Discrimination in Ukraine” in any case!

Vladimir Zastava from the Communications Department of the Horshenin Institute at press conference dealt with the question of the attitude of Ukrainian society towards death. A manipulating article on this subject from 15th October 2011 carries the following headline: “One third of Ukrainians is in favour of restoration of death penalty and is not against legalization of euthanasia” (Greek-Catholic portal RISU). To set euthanasia beside repulsive death penalty so as to make euthanasia not seem so dreadful is criminal manipulation.

In the current crisis period, the majority of the Catholic hierarchy and theologians have adopted an anti-Gospel and the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of New Age, the spirit of antichrist. They thus officially expelled the Holy Spirit – the Spirit of Truth – from the Church. An example of a heretical theologian in the Czech Republic and in the EU is T. Halik. T. Halik does not formulate his heresies concretely and clearly, on the contrary, he does not formulate them at all, and that intentionally. His conceptions of faith and salvation have completely different contents from how they have been accepted and comprehended in the Catholic Church.

Your Beatitude, the mass media have informed about Your attendance at the so-called ecumenical meeting in Munich on 11-13 September 2011. The meeting was a preparation for the 25th anniversary of the betrayal of Christ and the faith by the Roman-Catholic hierarchy headed by the apostate Pope John Paul II in Assisi. At the present time, when the EU has imposed unjust sanctions on Belarus, Your presence in Munich can be seen as a form of treachery. God entrusted You with authority. Be watchful lest anyone should abuse Your authority against You and against the Church.

Celebration of the 25th anniversary of the Spirit of Assisi

What is the spirit of Assisi which was invoked by John Paul II along with shamans and pagan demonolaters 25 years ago? It is the spirit of antichrist, the spirit of betrayal of Christ’s Gospel, of the apostolic teaching and of the whole 2000-year Christian tradition. This spirit has put the redemptive sacrifice of the Lord Jesus Christ on an equal footing with the worship of pagan demons. This heresy has become the public opinion in the Church. In essence, it means that Christianity and paganism are now regarded as equal paths to salvation. And that is ‘haeresis maxima’. He who has accepted or will accept the spirit of Assisi no longer has the saving faith and falls under God’s anathema according to Gal 1:8-9. It means that he is excommunicated from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church – and if he obstinately persists in this state, he will be eternally condemned.

Halik uses a shocking word ‘fascism’ but not once has he said in what specifically Mr Batora and members of the D.O.S.T. chime in with fascism. The general public, however, knows a specific fact that the group D.O.S.T. does not chime in with homosexualism. On the part of Halik – advocate of homosexualism – it is dirty denigration of Mr Batora and manipulation of the public.

Your Beatitude, a so-called jubilee ecumenical and interreligious meeting is to take place in Assisi on 27 October 2011 and the day before and after in the Vatican. The meeting in Assisi in 1986 became a model for apostasy from the true and saving faith and for embracing the spirit of idolatry. We warned You and all the Patriarchs that the gesture of participation is a gesture of unity with the spirit of Assisi. The Patriarch who will participate therein will fall under God’s anathema. Your Beatitude, we are turning to You at this historic time when legislation is being “amended” in the European Union as well as through international organizations such as the UN, PACE or WHO. In essence, they are introducing antivalues, amorality and antilaws. Behind this whole anti-reform is the spirit of lies and death.Now You are certainly offered participation in the Babylon of religions on 27 October 2011 in Assisi and the day before and after in the Vatican. The spirit of Assisi is the spirit of antichrist preaching a false gospel, and therefore everyone who opens up to it falls under God’s anathema (cf. Gal 1:8-9). We hereby warn You and beseech You not to go to Assisi but to radically distance Yourself from such apostatical events of Roman-Catholic apostates.
