The Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate hereby officially appeals to You as apostate Pope to make the following steps in token of true repentance:1) to ensure the election of a true Catholic Pope;2) to resign from office.We have to remind You of the fact that God excommunicated You from the Church of Christ according to Gal 1:8-9 by reason of beatification of the apostate John Paul II. You now hold Your office unlawfully; You caused offence to the whole Christian world. Unless You repent, there is only left a fearful expectation of the fate of the apostle Judas, i.e. eternal damnation!

On orders from the UGCC, the relevant authorities in Lvov (Mr Salo) refused to grant visa extension to Patriarch Elijah in Ukraine. It is part of planned discrimination and elimination of the orthodox Catholics. Mr President, hereby we ask You again to address the main cause of discrimination, that is, an unlawful denial of registration of the UOGCC at the Ministry of Culture (Mr Bohutskyi).

Is association with the EU of any benefit?

On 19 December 2011, the Ukraine-EU Summit will be held where EU-Ukraine Association Agreement is to be initialled. This agreement would be advantageous only for the tycoons who are owners of large companies. But in the case of ordinary Ukrainians and private entrepreneurs it would mean just a threat to the economy of Ukraine. Let us learn from the real situation in the EU. The so-called EU economic paradise has proved a graveyard of European nations. Greece is on the verge of total economic collapse, and the same is true for Spain and Portugal.

Dear Mr President, we, Secretaries of the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate, hereby appeal to You to stop religious discrimination which is aimed at elimination of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). There is a plot devised by the UGCC leadership to deport our Patriarch Elijah from Ukraine. This deportation has been planned by the UGCC for at least six months. It is apparent lawlessness and political corruption on the part of the UGCC leadership which uses state structures for its purposes. The UGCC leadership has disclosed its discriminatory, deportation and elimination purposes several times in the mass media.

These days, shocking news have been published that the Royal Dutch Medical Association released new guidelines for interpreting the 2002 Euthanasia Act. This criminal breakthrough had such consequence that the reason for euthanasia now can be anything and one no longer needs to give a disease as a reason. In other words, nowadays anything can be a legal reason for killing a person with impunity in the Netherlands. Dear representatives of the European nations, unless this Dutch model preparing new global holocaust is radically condemned, it will become a precedent not only for extermination of Europe but also of other nations of the world.

To Participants of the Ukraine-EU Summit

What is the real purpose of the summit?- Practically to eliminate the authority of the President and the opposition who strive for independence of Ukraine and for moral and spiritual values of the whole nation.- To win again the most effective mediator so as to accomplish their plans, namely Y. Tymoshenko.- The EU has already built up structures in Ukraine without legal approval. Via the mass media and via these structures it is influencing the nation into renouncing its sovereignty and coming under the sway of the EU. No sooner Ukraine left one Union than she is voluntarily entering another Union, an even worse one. The EU does not lead Ukraine to paradise but to hell on earth and after death.

Dear Sir, we send You copies of our letters to the President of Ukraine. In the letters we mentioned in several points the specific cases of discrimination against our religious minority – Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC). Discrimination is perpetrated by the Ministry of Culture (Mr Bohutskyi) on the orders of the UGCC hierarchy. Unless You respond to this blatant religious discrimination, Your mission, in fact, has nothing to do with human rights.

Dear members of the Regional Councils, through a single word “gender”, a political coup takes place and instead of democracy a multinational globalization dictatorship is being introduced, which takes power through gender centres at Regional and District State Administrations and through so-called amendments to laws.Impose requirements and use to the maximum Your responsibility towards the nation which You have been entrusted with by God and people and for which You will be accountable not only before nation but once also before God. Abolish gender centres in Your areas and, contrariwise, establish centres for the protection of moral and spiritual values of youth, family and society. Exert active influence on the Ministry of Justice to stop the process of manipulating changes in the laws, which are detrimental to the nation.

Dear Mr President, during the legislative process in the Parliament concerning Act No. 2450 there now appears yet another draft law “On Freedom of Peaceful Assembly” through the LGBT lobby. What actually is the purpose of this law? It practically seeks to gain approval of gay-pride parades without any restriction or control, which, however, is against the Constitution of Ukraine. Should the draft law No. 2450 or the new law “On Freedom of Peaceful Assembly” be approved in Ukraine, it must necessarily contain an additional clause: “The term ‘peaceful assembly’ by no means includes gay-pride parades.”Dear Mr President, the Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate is praying for You, that during Your presidency as service entrusted to You by God You may do Your utmost to save Ukraine from autogenocide.

Dear Mr President, dear Members of the Government, today the capital of Ukraine has a massive centre of Islam in token of tolerance towards religious minorities. But we ask what tolerance do the Muslim countries show towards the religious minorities of Christians there?Justice demands that within interreligious relations Christians in the Muslim territories should have the same rights as Muslims have in the Christian territories. These are the principles of justice which alone can establish true peace and true tolerance.

From 17 to 18 November 2011, psychological manipulation of children took place in several Lvov schools on a commission from the feminist La Strada Ukraine and local gender centre. It was carried out by the students of psychology who were handing out leaflets against the so-called domestic violence. Comprising part of the leaflet is also information on toll-free telephone numbers and legal formulation of the complaint against one’s parents.The aim of the so-called fight against domestic violence is to manipulate children into provoking their parents and consequently bringing complaints against them. Parents will be punished and their children will be irrevocably taken away from them to collection camps. No hotline will return them to their parents any more.

Head of the UGCC and homosexualism

In his speech during a web-conference, Head of the UGCC S. Shevchuk condemned homosexuality whereby he provided an alibi for himself. He is well aware what legacy was left by Husar who had already made a breakthrough in the Church opinion on this matter by his approval of homosexualism. In early November 2011, the site ZIK published information that the successor to Husar, S. Shevchuk, said that the sin of homosexuality is as serious as a murder. This means that the sin of homosexuality should be punished with as many years in prison as murder. Does Shevchuk put forward the suggestion following from his statement even to the Ukrainian government? Is thus Husar’s approval of homosexualism refuted? In fact, this shocking phrase means neither the former nor the latter.

Obedience to people rather than to God

The whole Catholic hierarchy, formed by the new logic of Assisi for 25 years and raised on historical-critical theology, has betrayed Christ and the saving faith. The hierarchical structure of the Church has thus become a monopoly of the spirit of antichrist. Such is the reality today. That was why orthodoxy began to be persecuted in the Church as dangerous fundamentalism, labelled as primitive fanaticism, a schism, and even as an attack on the “Holy Father”.

UGCC’s plans for a patriarchate

At the end of 2011, UGCC is going to organize solemn religious ceremonies of establishment of metropolises in Lvov, Ivano-Frankovsk and Ternopol. It is a preparation for the solemn establishment of the UGCC Patriarchate.What is the sense of establishing the UGCC Patriarchate if none of the UGCC Bishops dissociated himself from the current heresies and so episcopal office is now held by them unlawfully? In addition, the current doctrine of the UGCC is founded on Husar’s heresies and on the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of New Age.What about Patriarchs Husar and Shevchuk? Neither of them was, is or will be a Patriarch.

Monsignor, we hereby inform You that our Byzantine Catholic Patriarchate applied to the representatives of Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan for cancellation of diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The reason was that the Vatican had betrayed moral and spiritual values and through heresies and the spirit of Assisi – the spirit of antichrist – brings down a curse upon all nations that are in whatever unity with it.

What benefit does Belarus derive from the Vatican which is unable to defend it against the unjust persecution by the political system of Europe? In fact, the EU is forcing Belarus into legalization of a homodictatorship. Therefore, see to permanent withdrawal of the Papal Nuncio to the Vatican.Unless the Vatican takes effective measures by a fixed date, the presence of the Papal Nuncio in Belarus is to the detriment of the entire nation and, in addition, brings down a curse on it!

Dear Mr President, we hereby ask You to cancel diplomatic relations with the Vatican. The present-day Vatican publicly proclaims heresies and syncretism, whereby it has betrayed the essence of Christianity.Owing to this betrayal, God’s punishment – anathema (acc. Gal 1:8-9) – fell not only on the apostate prelates but also on the last two Popes. This curse also falls on all Christians and formerly Christian nations which have unity with the present apostatical Vatican.
