Your Holiness, on 20th October 2010 You officially announced the names of new Cardinals who, as from 20th October 2010, are thus members of the liquidation system of the Church called the College of Cardinals. It concerns 24 prelates who have betrayed the Church and are in overt unity with the contemporary heresies denying the essence of the Gospel. For these heresies they incur an anathema pronounced by God in Gal 1:8-9. We repeat that in case You should die, a successor elected from the apostatical college of traitorous cardinals will not be a lawful Pope, and if the Church wants to continue to be the Church, she must not obey such traitor any more. The Church must be separated from this system of an overt betrayal of Christ and His Gospel.

On 24th June 2010 the Belgian police examined Archbishop emeritus and ex-Cardinal G. Danneels. It concerned a charge of failure to render assistance and concealment of cases of paedophiliac and homosexual abuse. Furthermore, a group of Catholic parents have already for 12 years been urging the Bishops’ Conference of Belgium to withdraw a sexually immoral book of Catechism used in the religious education classes in schools.Ex-Card. G. Danneels ignored all pleas for the withdrawal. The publishers of this Catechism lecture at the Catholic university in Louvain and in the theological seminary in Bruges. If You want to protect the Catholic Church on this territory, it is necessary that You publicly appeal to these traitors of Christ and of the Church to resign their offices.

Your Holiness, on 25th June 2010 Germany legalized euthanasia. German Chancellor A. Merkel has made the homosexual perversion a priority of the society not only in Germany but in the whole European Union. The Church in Germany headed by Zollitsch is in absolute unity of spirit with Merkel as well as with the new Catholic President who promptly put forth a proposal for abolition of the celibacy. The curse which Zollitsch has brought down on the Catholic Church in Germany has fallen on the entire German nation. The fruit is the perverted Lisbon Treaty, which was cunningly enforced by Merkel.

Your Holiness, our Synod of the UOGCC is obliged to warn You of a catastrophic state of the Church in Austria owing to apostatical hierarchy headed by ex-Card. Ch. Schönborn.Schönborn promotes the heretical pantheism of T. Chardin. Proposes abolition of the celibacy and, in addition, he is an advocate of same-sex marriages. Your Holiness, the spirit of apostasy maintained among the apostatical hierarchy of Austria by ex-Card. Schönborn brings down a curse on all Catholics of Austria and on the entire nation. As the successor of Peter, You are obliged to publicly appeal to ex-Card. Schönborn and the apostatical hierarchy united with him to resign their offices.

Your Holiness, Your duty is to appeal to the apostatical bishops of Ireland to resign from office. Unless they do so, they commit disobedience both to You and to God and the full responsibility for apostasy of the Irish Church as well as for self-destruction of the nation falls on them. if you do appeal to them to do so, You will be justified before God, before the Church and before all mankind. However, if You do not, the responsibility for demoralization and for the curse upon Ireland falls fully on You.

Your Holiness, we are obliged to warn You of the fruit of the curse which the apostatical hierarchy of the Netherlands have brought down on their people but at the same time on all Europe as well. The Netherlands was one of the first countries which legalized euthanasia and thus set a precedent to the whole world for physical self-destruction.It was likewise among the first states to legalize homosexual unions. 350 cases of clerical paedophilia in the span of 20 years have recently been reported in the Netherlands. This Catholic nation, which was a cradle of thousands of missionaries throughout the 19th century, is now through apostasy and betrayal of Christ performing an antimission and bringing down a curse not only on its own but even on other territories.

Antichristian spirit and aggiornamento (30.5.2010) At the beginning of the 20th century, the Church was attacked by several spiritual streams behind which were strong spirits of lie and demagogy. It was so-called Modernism. In essence, this stream contained false philosophies such as Kantianism, Hegelianism, Marxism, atheism and atheistic Darwinism. Pope Pius X carried out a reform even without the Council. The Second Vatican Council, by contrast, opened the door to an antireform. At the beginning of the 21st century God has put You in a situation similar to that of St. Pius X. God wants You to do one thing: To continue the reform which He Himself started on the Feast of the Holy Spirit by excommunication of the apostatical hierarchy.
The Holy Church (Ecclesiology)

We are not going to analyze here all characteristic features of the Church. We just want to draw attention to one relevant feature, and that is holiness. The Church is holy because of her holy teaching, the sacraments and the saints... At the same time, however, it is necessary to realize the fact that in the Church there are sinners who are obliged to repent continually. If somebody refuses to repent, one becomes a dead member of the Church. If, moreover, one proclaims heresies, in accordance with Gal 1:8-9 one thus excommunicates oneself even from the external Church structure.

Your Holiness, in these days the Church experiences her Golgotha. The Mystical Body of Christ is being crucified by apostatical hierarchy and apostatical Christians with the spirit of the world. These all who propagate homosexuality refer to the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC), art. 2357-2359. These three articles speak about homosexuality in a misleading way. We attach an analysis of the abuse of art. 2357-2359 CCC with a request for a necessary revision.

At the present time You, though unintentionally, shield by Your inactivity criminal system. This system opposes the very essence of the Gospel, has driven out the Holy Spirit and received the spirit of apostasy. In the hour of Your death, the Supreme Judge and Saviour Jesus Christ, whom You visibly represent here on earth, will ask You: “Benedict, did You carry out the reform for the sake of which I appointed You to the highest position in the Church?” Christ and His Church demand one thing from You today, and that is a reform.

882 bishops of the European Union excommunicated from the Church (5.04.2010)

On 4th April 2010, the Day of the Resurrection of Christ, 882 bishops of the EU states excommunicated themselves from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church. On 19th February 2010 they were publicly appealed again to confess the faith. However, they publicly denied Christ and His Gospel. They obstinately persist in unity with the contemporary heresies and with the spirit that is behind them. As from 4th April 2010, they occupy the Church posts unlawfully and none of the believers can obey them. Starting from 5th April 2010, the sacraments administered by them are invalid. From the same date the priests ordained by them will be no priests!

Declaration of excommunication against the Polish and Irish bishops (17.11.2009)

The Catholic Church is undergoing an extremely great crisis. Full responsibility for this state falls on the Church hierarchy. On 6th to 8th September 2009 the Polish ex-Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz transplanted the spirit of Assisi to Poland. The spirit of Assisi is the spirit of antichrist. For that reason on 20th October 2009, before expiration of the general term, the Polish bishops had been appealed beforehand by our Synod to publicly separate from this apostatical gesture and from the spirit of syncretism and to confess the faith by 10th November 2009.Because they did not do so, they are now excommunicated from the Church and fall under an anathema (Gal 1:8-9). In this year the Bishops of Ireland were appealed twice to become the voice of God. However, they have become the voice of the world and of its lies! Bishop Noel Treanor convinced the Irish people that every Catholic may in good conscience vote for the Lisbon Treaty. The Bishops of Ireland made unity with him. They were appealed to break with this spirit of betrayal by 11th November 2009. They did not do so, for which reason they incur the same penalty as the Polish bishops.
Promulgation of anathema on cardinals of the Catholic Church

The below-named cardinals were appealed along with other Catholic bishops in March 2009 to confess the true faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by 14th September 2009. On 25th August 2009 they were appealed for the second time. They denied their faith, they betrayed Christ, they did not dissociate themselves from the contemporary heresies and from the spirit of apostasy.
