1) Physical health: Statistics show that more than half of people infected with AIDS are active homosexuals.2) The moral state of society: Occurrence of alcohol and drug abuse among homosexuals is three times more frequent than among heterosexuals. Homosexuals have on their conscience 50% of all homicides in New York and 30.000 abused children in Los Angeles. 3) Changes in legislation leading to totalitarianism: The Constitution of the EU is the Lisbon Treaty (LT). Articles 7 and 19 of the LT are a sufficiently strong legal apparatus to accuse of discrimination anyone who would call a sin a sin and an abomination an abomination.

During parliamentary meeting on 14th February 2011, Canadian politicians and psychologists have reported that paedophilia is “a sexual orientation just like homosexuality or heterosexuality.” It is true that paedophilia is the same perversion as homosexuality, but in no case can these abominations be equated with natural heterosexuality. Absurd lie that paedophilia is innocent “sexual orientation” was approved by all members of the Canadian Parliament except one. As for the crimes against children Jesus said: “It would be better for such a person to be thrown into the sea with a millstone round the neck.”
Sale of Ukrainian children (An open letter)

“Every year 4000 children are exported from Ukraine, 2500 of whom are adopted by foreign families. 1500 children are adopted by individuals.” (A report of 13 February 2008, Member of Parliament K. Lukyanova, article: Paedophiles from abroad buying up our children from orphanages) A certain Mr Krüger (a public paedophile) living in America has adopted three boys from the orphanage in Kherson. He encourages his “partners” via the internet to adopt children from Ukraine: “There’s no problem with it in Ukraine.”It is a shock to learn about child trafficking existing in Ukraine for so many years. We ask: Who is responsible for these crimes?
The right to adopt children given to homosexuals in the first place

The High Court of England upheld the denial of the right to adoption of children to a Christian couple, Mr and Mrs Johns, from Derby City because they are Christians. These parents had adopted 15 children and given them a good upbringing. The Court declared that under the new laws priority in adoption is given to homosexuals. It also declared Christian education to be detrimental to children because it does not bring them up according to gay standards. Christian values in the EU, just as it is seen in England, are regarded as antivalues, and perverted homosexual couples take priority over decent Christian families even in adoption of children.

Dear Members of the Lithuanian Parliament, we express moral and spiritual support for Your courageous stand for the protection of fundamental rights of children and youth.In fact, the statement of the European Parliament of 19 January 2011 on so-called “violation of freedom of expression and discrimination based on sexual orientation in Lithuania” is a violation of the rights of Lithuania and discrimination against this state. Demoralizing ideology of the EU is far worse than the ideology of fascism condemned at Nuremberg.
Gays adopted a Ukrainian child

Social workers have informed that 30,000 Ukrainian children are ready to be put up for adoption. We ask: Can these children be adopted by homosexuals abroad? The answer to this is a concrete fact: A two-and-a-half-year-old Ukrainian boy Samuel, who had been held up on the border after a failed attempt at his abduction, was adopted at the end of February. He had been under the protection of the family of a certain lawyer in Lvov. Now he has been purchased for $ 4,500 by a so-called married couple from Belgium – Mr L. Gilaynu and his male partner, a cardiological physician.
The so-called LGBT Christian Church

The UOGCC Bishops’ Synod hereby officially informs all the Christians of Ukraine: It is impossible for a community of active homosexuals to be called a Christian Church. It can be called a harlot of antichrist or a sect, but in no case has it anything to do with Christianity. This cannot be changed by the fact that LGBT ideologists manipulate the truths of God’s Word. Behind their interpretation, there is not the Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, but the spirit of lie. Even the devil in the desert quoted the Scripture to Christ Himself. It is necessary to know the clear position of the Holy Scripture and of the Church tradition. God called homosexuality (LGBT) an abomination, i.e. the most perverted form of sin. Only the Triune God had and has the right to determine what sin is and what is not. The Holy God condemned homosexuality, calling it an abomination once and for all. Nobody in the world has the power to change God’s righteous laws.

On 20 February 2011, the LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) community opened their own church in Donetsk. This community professes adherence to the Christian faith. In reality, however, they deny the fundamental articles of the moral code contained in the Bible and the very essence of the Christian faith. They do not call a sin a sin and refuse to repent. The orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC is aware of its responsibility before the whole Christian world for the defence of the Gospel. Therefore, this Synod hereby acquaints the general public with a binding Christian and Biblical position on LGBT activities and attitudes.

Hereby the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC before God and before the whole nation calls on 1) the Government of Ukraine to immediately abolish by the power of its authority anti-constitutional legalization of the LGBT Council; 2) each Member of Parliament to make a parliamentary inquiry in this historic moment with a demand for abolition of legalization of the LGBT Council;3) each political party to raise a demand for abolition of legalization of the LGBT Council;4) all Church leaders to incite the faithful to organize protests in support of abolition of the LGBT Council;5) all citizens to express at least in writing their demand for abolition of the LGBT Council and to send it to President or Prime Minister of Ukraine.

In the Epistle to the Romans 1:18-26 the Apostle Paul points to the root of homosexuality, which is unbelief and pagan idolatry. Unbelief is the basis of historical-critical theology, so-called HCT. Pagan idolatry is the basis of a false regard and demonism. This false regard is expressed in the Nostra aetate declaration. Demonism is practised at the so-called peace prayers in Assisi. One can formulate an equation: HCT + the spirit of Assisi = Sodom. On 23rd November 2010, the European Parliament resolved to force all 27 EU member states into legalization of same-sex marriages. This terror which destroys state sovereignty and enforces amorality is hypocritically defined in the official documents as “(an) intention to strengthen the family to deal with Europe’s coming demographic plunge”. These demagogues make fools of normal people. They enforce laws which demoralize and destroy the normal family ordered to the procreation and education of the offspring and define it as strengthening of the family. Under this definition they establish an antifamily of two perverted people resulting in the extinction of the nations.

In the name of God our Synod appeals above all to the representatives of the CoE and of the EU to renounce the demonic lies and to take the lid off both the Resolution 1728 and the antilaws of the Lisbon Treaty. Resolution 1728 and entire ideological system which it represents is demonic and must be abolished. Whole Europe should come out into the streets and demonstrate publicly for the abolition of criminal and antihuman Resolution 1728. If PACE will not cancel Resolution 1728, let every nation of Europe withdraw its membership from this criminal system which leads the whole nations to genocide. If Europe will repent, God will save her. This is God’s promise for today.

On 29th April 2010, the PACE issued Resolution 1728 entitled “Discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation and gender identity”. The Synod of the UOGCC has studied this PACE Resolution 1728 (2010) with all responsibility. The evident and primary aim of this Resolution is not to help LGBT persons but to publicize and popularize unnatural, perverted orientations. We hereby appeal to the Council of Europe to repeal Resolution No. 1728 which runs against natural and divine laws. We also appeal to all Christians to do everything possible so that this resolution might be repealed because it contains a criminal ideology against humanity and rebellion against God.

The sin of homosexuality is an abomination before God. In case it is acquired, it is a double abomination. In case homosexuality is innate, it is a consequence of a curse which fell on descendants owing to parents’ or grandparents’ denial of God or their sin of idolatry and occultism. What are homosexuals to do? They have to do true and biblical repentance and not to continue committing sins under the headline of the so-called Christian gay communities.

Bishops’ Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church (UOGCC) declares concerning the current burning issue of homosexuality: The homosexual who accepts the full doctrine of the Gospel can be a Christian. However, the condition is that the concerned gives up perverted life, calls a sin a sin and an abomination an abomination and as any other Christian begins to fight against sin and to repent in earnest. In the name of the One who created the whole universe as well as human nature, that is, in the name of the Triune God, we hereby declare an anathema on all homosexuals who deny the natural and the divine law and refuse to repent in truth.

North-American Darwinist Alfred Kinsey was a bisexual paedophile. He became the founder of sexology. This learned and intelligent paedophile deceived other scientists. The deceived scientists then seduced the Western judges, statesmen and public. It was easy because in the 20th century masses of school children had to adopt uncritically Darwin’s theory of evolution within the framework of compulsory education. It was not until 1981 that the paedophilic inclinations of the founder of sexology A. Kinsey were unmasked. This disclosure came late because Kinsey had died in 1956. On the basis of his written arguments, homosexuality was declared to be a healthy and normal way of life.

We are not going to analyze here all characteristic features of the Church. We just want to draw attention to one relevant feature, and that is holiness. The Church is holy because of her holy teaching, the sacraments and the saints... At the same time, however, it is necessary to realize the fact that in the Church there are sinners who are obliged to repent continually. If somebody refuses to repent, one becomes a dead member of the Church. If, moreover, one proclaims heresies, in accordance with Gal 1:8-9 one thus excommunicates oneself even from the external Church structure.

Your Holiness, in these days the Church experiences her Golgotha. The Mystical Body of Christ is being crucified by apostatical hierarchy and apostatical Christians with the spirit of the world. These all who propagate homosexuality refer to the Catechism of the Catholic Church (CCC), art. 2357-2359. These three articles speak about homosexuality in a misleading way. We attach an analysis of the abuse of art. 2357-2359 CCC with a request for a necessary revision.
