Promulgation of an anathema against 22 professors of the Biblical Institute in Rome

On 5th May 2010 the UOGCC Bishops’ Synod appealed to 22 professors of the Biblical Institute in Rome to confess the faith and renounce contemporary heresies. Professors appealed did not confess the faith nor did they renounce heresies wherefore according to the can. 1364 §1 СІС they incur a latae sententiae penalty of excommunication and according to God’s law they fall under an anathema, that is, excommunication from the Church – God’s curse – for proclamation of another gospel (Gal 1:8-9).

All that the Old Testament called cheerem – accursed – had to be destroyed, for it was an abomination to the Lord and could infect all the people (Deut 7:26). This is analogous to a dangerous epidemic which causes death. Such spiritual epidemic is the heresies, the result of which is the loss of faith and eternal death.
God removes the perpetual sacrifice (24.5.2010)

The daily sacrifice in the temple in Jerusalem prefigured the redemptive sacrifice of Christ on the cross and its presence through the Divine Liturgy (the Lord’s Supper, the breaking of bread). The sacrifices in the temple in Jerusalem were definitively removed after the destruction of Jerusalem in 70 A.D. The daily presence of Christ’s sacrifice in the Divine Liturgy cannot be removed by temporal power; it can be removed, or rather interrupted, only by the spirit of apostasy which denies the essence of the Gospel (cf. Gal 1:7-9). This spirit of apostasy has entered the souls of the hierarchs and priests!

Your Holiness, we hereby announce to You that on the Feast of the Descent of the Holy Spirit, i.e. 23rd May 2010, through the Bishops’ Synod of the UOGCC, God completed His anathema on the whole present Church hierarchy. The reason is that the Roman-Catholic hierarchy has fallen away from the essence of the Gospel (see Gal 1:7-9) and driven the Holy Spirit out of the Church. The apostate bishops can no longer validly consecrate other bishops or priests. It is 4872 bishops and cardinals altogether who are under God’s curse (with the exception of one bishop from South America who both confessed the faith and separated from heresies). God has started to take away the perpetual sacrifice from the Catholic Church because of desolation in the holy place (cf. Dan 11:31; Mt 24:15).

Our orthodox Catholic Bishops’ Synod of the Ukrainian orthodox Greek-Catholic Church appealed to 3261 bishops of the whole world individually to confess the faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by the Pentecost – 23rd May 2010. With the exception of one bishop, none of the 2271 active bishops and 989 bishops emeriti confessed the faith.

The pontifical Gregorian University has become a hotbed of heresies and an instrument of the spirit of apostasy. Its adepts spread this pestilence all over the world, infecting the local Churches. On 19th February 2010, we appealed to 265 priests – professors of this university to confess the Catholic faith and to renounce heresies. Unfortunately, as from 5th April 2010, these priests-professors are excommunicated by God from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church – by reason of their obstinate persistence in unbelief and heresy.
882 bishops of the European Union excommunicated from the Church (5.04.2010)

On 4th April 2010, the Day of the Resurrection of Christ, 882 bishops of the EU states excommunicated themselves from the Mystical Body of Christ – the Church. On 19th February 2010 they were publicly appealed again to confess the faith. However, they publicly denied Christ and His Gospel. They obstinately persist in unity with the contemporary heresies and with the spirit that is behind them. As from 4th April 2010, they occupy the Church posts unlawfully and none of the believers can obey them. Starting from 5th April 2010, the sacraments administered by them are invalid. From the same date the priests ordained by them will be no priests!

Your Holiness, these days You have had a meeting with the bishops of Ireland in the Vatican, whereat You dealt with the thorny problem of paedophilia among the clergy. The Church hierarchy concealed this for about two or three decades (during the pontificate of John Paul II). You cannot deny that John Paul II knew about that all. You cannot justify his silence nor diminish his responsibility. You cannot canonize him who bears the blame for such decay of the Church! You will thus practically canonize these offences as well as the state of decay in the Church which John Paul II is responsible for. Stop the absurd beatification cause, remove from office all bishops of Ireland and appoint true Catholic and moral bishops!
Declaration of excommunication against the Polish and Irish bishops (17.11.2009)

The Catholic Church is undergoing an extremely great crisis. Full responsibility for this state falls on the Church hierarchy. On 6th to 8th September 2009 the Polish ex-Cardinal Stanislaw Dziwisz transplanted the spirit of Assisi to Poland. The spirit of Assisi is the spirit of antichrist. For that reason on 20th October 2009, before expiration of the general term, the Polish bishops had been appealed beforehand by our Synod to publicly separate from this apostatical gesture and from the spirit of syncretism and to confess the faith by 10th November 2009.Because they did not do so, they are now excommunicated from the Church and fall under an anathema (Gal 1:8-9). In this year the Bishops of Ireland were appealed twice to become the voice of God. However, they have become the voice of the world and of its lies! Bishop Noel Treanor convinced the Irish people that every Catholic may in good conscience vote for the Lisbon Treaty. The Bishops of Ireland made unity with him. They were appealed to break with this spirit of betrayal by 11th November 2009. They did not do so, for which reason they incur the same penalty as the Polish bishops.

The below-named cardinals were appealed along with other Catholic bishops in March 2009 to confess the true faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by 14th September 2009. On 25th August 2009 they were appealed for the second time. They denied their faith, they betrayed Christ, they did not dissociate themselves from the contemporary heresies and from the spirit of apostasy.

The below-named cardinals were appealed along with other Catholic bishops in March 2009 to confess the true faith and to renounce the contemporary heresies by 14th September 2009. On 25th August 2009 they were appealed for the second time. They denied their faith, they betrayed Christ, they did not dissociate themselves from the contemporary heresies and from the spirit of apostasy. Thus they called down on themselves God’s anathema (cf. Gal 1:8-9) as well as the canonical penalty of latae sententiae excommunication by reason of heresy according to can. 1364 §1 CIC.By this announcement we just bring into the open the painful reality before the whole Church. As from this day, i.e. 15th September 2009, the named cardinals are excommunicated from the Catholic Church. They now hold their office unlawfully. If they repent, they can be received back into the Church, but can no more occupy any post.
