Hereby make it public that the Greek-Catholic Archbishop Ján Babjak SJ, on the basis of Gal 1:8-9, is expelled from the Mystical Body of Christ, i.e. from the Church. The reason for his expulsion is his participation in the heresies of Card. L. Husar.

On authority of apostolic and prophetical service conferred upon us by God and by the Church, we, the below-signed bishops, hereby publish that the Catholic priest Tomas Halik, on the basis of Gal 1:8, is expelled from the Mystical Body of Christ, i.e. from the Church.
Card. M.Vlk and T. Halík are not members of the Catholic Church any longer
